Cancellation Policy & Refunds

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we do require at least 48 hours advance notice to avoid a $250 surcharge to your credit card on file as these appointments are in high demand and take a considerable amount of time to perform. This is non-refundable, however you may apply this surcharge to your rescheduled appointment cost.
Any client 20 minutes or more late to their appointment, will forfeit their deposit and will be required to re-book a new appointment. Please take into account travel time and parking to avoid being late for your appointment.
There are absolutely NO refunds given for this elective procedure.

Deposits

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment. This will be applied to your credit card at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due via Zelle, cash or credit card. I do not accept personal checks.
